HOW IT WORKS

Our Approach to Group Sessions

Every Sekata session follows a simple structure: arrive, settle in, move at your own pace, and stay for some friendly conversation afterward. There is no set curriculum and no performance tracking — just a shared, sociable routine that participants shape together over time.

Sessions are held in accessible venues across Putrajaya, and group sizes are kept deliberately small so coordinators can give proper attention to everyone present. The three formats below offer different levels of involvement — you can start with a drop-in and build from there, or jump straight into membership if Sekata sounds like the right fit.

Arrive as You Are

No preparation needed. Sessions are accessible and unhurried from the first minute.

Move at Your Pace

There is no right or wrong speed. Coordinators adapt to the room, not the other way around.

Stay for the Chat

The social part of each session is not optional or rushed — it is a valued part of the experience.

Community drop-in movement session

SESSION ONE

Community Movement Drop-In

A single welcoming group session with light activity and plenty of friendly chat. Open to all comfort levels, with refreshments and a take-home tip sheet. The drop-in is the perfect way to experience Sekata before deciding on anything further.

Weekly Together Coaching

A coaching series of regular small-group meetings building shared, gentle movement habits in a sociable setting. The pace stays relaxed and inclusive throughout — this is not a fitness programme, it is a structured way to build a comfortable weekly routine alongside people you come to know.
